Nestled in a serene village setting, Pavithram is a 2000 sq.ft. tropical modern residence designed to respectfully replace a traditional 1965 family home. This project represents a harmonious dialogue between past and present — blending the emotional essence of the original house with a contemporary architectural language.
The design embraces the lush landscape, natural ventilation, and filtered daylight, making it ideal for its tropical context. Clean lines, open volumes, and earthy materials form the foundation of this home’s aesthetic, while traditional elements are subtly reinterpreted to retain a sense of familiarity and warmth.
ASHER – Thrissur
ASHER is a modern contemporary residence designed in the heart of Thrissur, blending clean architectural lines with open, light-filled spaces. With a focus on minimalist forms, functional layout, and natural materials, the design reflects a lifestyle rooted in comfort, sophistication, and timeless style.
Set within a serene residential context, ASHER balances privacy and openness through layered facades, curated views, and indoor-outdoor connections. Every element—from the spatial planning to the subtle textural palette—has been crafted to support both aesthetic appeal and day-to-day living.

Designed for a narrow, elongated site in Alathur, Palakkad, this residence embraces simplicity with a modern touch. The elevation features clean lines, a balanced massing, and a subtle play of textures that enhance its horizontal form.
The layout is planned to make optimal use of the linear plot, ensuring ample natural light and ventilation throughout the interior spaces. The minimalist façade integrates practical elements like shading, privacy, and proportion—crafted to suit the local climate and context.
