This renovation project for Mr. Jovin in Pavaratty, Thrissur, reflects a seamless blend of modern elegance and timeless charm. Our approach focused on reimagining existing spaces with refined detailing, improved functionality, and a warm, contemporary aesthetic. Natural light, clean lines, and carefully chosen materials transformed the house into a brighter, more connected home  while preserving its original character. Every element, from spatial flow to finishes, was thoughtfully designed to elevate everyday living with comfort and sophistication. 

“Chingam” is a tropical inspired residence designed for Dr. Kasthurba and Latheef, blending natural warmth with refined architectural detailing. Nestled within a lush setting, the design celebrates openness, ventilation, and the seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. Wide overhangs, earthy textures, and abundant greenery create a calm and airy atmosphere that reflects the essence of tropical living. Every corner of this home is crafted to embrace light, comfort, and nature  offering a tranquil retreat that feels both contemporary and deeply rooted in its surroundings.

 This residence for Mr. Biju in Chittatukara, Thrissur, embodies a modern approach to tropical architecture  blending functionality with a sense of calm sophistication. The design emphasizes clean lines, ample ventilation, and a strong indoor outdoor relationship that connects the home to its natural surroundings. Warm textures, soft lighting, and an earthy material palette create a serene atmosphere throughout. Every space within the residence reflects thoughtful planning and understated elegance, making it both timeless and deeply livable. 

 This modern residence for Swathi in Guruvayoor reflects a clean, contemporary design language rooted in simplicity and comfort. The architecture focuses on balanced proportions, natural light, and functional elegance creating spaces that feel open, airy, and refined. A subtle mix of neutral tones, sleek finishes, and warm textures gives the home a timeless yet inviting character. Every design detail, from façade composition to interior flow, was thoughtfully curated to embody modern living with a personal touch 

 The turf project at Asha Bhavan, Padavarad, was envisioned to create an active and engaging outdoor space for students. Designed with care and functionality, the space promotes play, interaction, and a sense of community within the school environment. With its vibrant design and thoughtful detailing, the turf area adds new life to the campus encouraging movement, joy, and togetherness in a safe and inspiring setting.

 “Pavithram” is a serene and contemporary residence designed for Prabitha in Mudapallur, blending simplicity with modern elegance. The design emphasizes natural light, open planning, and a calm material palette that enhances both aesthetics and comfort. Every space within the home is crafted to reflect warmth, functionality, and a quiet sophistication. With its subtle detailing and harmonious proportions, “Pavithram” stands as a graceful example of modern living rooted in timeless design.
